The Norristown fire department is pleased to announce The addition of Wagner, our next arson detection K9. Firefighter David Soulen will be Wagner‘s handler and starts training tomorrow. We look forward to Wagner spending many hours at the fire station along with appearances at schools and community events. Welcome Wagner!
